In its latest college guide, The Princeton Review ranked Roanoke 10th in the nation for Best Athletic Facilities. The school also continued to make the list of great places for business/finance majors and psychology majors.

Roanoke was listed in the 2025 edition of the Princeton Review’s “The Best 390 Colleges,” receiving special recognition for its athletic facilities, town/gown relations, psychology program and business/finance program. 

 In her new role, Dani Moore will support Roanoke students and develop programs to ensure their success.

Roanoke also is adding a military support and recruiting position to ensure veterans a successful transition and educational experience.  

Melanie Almeder, a member of Roanoke’s Department of English and Communication Studies, this year has received three honors related to her teaching and poetry.
